Terms of use and acceptable use

What you agree to when you create an organization on softest.teknoniaga.com.

1. Only test what you are authorized to test

SofTest points real scanning engines — port scanners, vulnerability templates, an attacking AI agent, load generators — at the systems you register. You may register and test only systems you own or hold explicit, written authorization to test. Scanning anything else is not a grey area: it may be a criminal offence in your jurisdiction and it is a breach of these terms.

Before an engine that sends traffic will run, you must prove you control the host (a DNS record, a well-known file or a meta tag). That check is a safeguard, not permission — the authorization is yours to hold, and you remain responsible for it.

2. Your organization, your data

Each sign-up creates a separate organization. Its targets, scans, findings and reports are visible only to members your organization admin adds. The platform operator (Teknoniaga) can see organization names, membership counts and audit records needed to run the service, and may attest ownership of a target on your request.

3. Reasonable use

Scan volumes, load-test intensity and AI-assisted analysis are capped server-side. Do not attempt to circumvent those caps, to probe other tenants, or to use the service to disrupt any system. Accounts that do so may be suspended without notice.

4. No warranty

Findings and AI-generated reports are provided as-is to help your team; they are not a guarantee that a system is secure or that every issue has been found. Proposed fixes are suggestions to review, never changes applied for you.

5. Contact

Questions about these terms or a request to close an organization: contact the operator at Teknoniaga.

Note from the operator. This page states the acceptable-use rules the platform enforces. Full commercial terms (billing, liability, data retention, governing law) are to be published by Teknoniaga and will supersede this page.
